With the extenuating circumstances of COVID-19 forcing our athletes and instructors to stay at home for the forseeable future, we have a couple of options for our athletes to continue working through the deliberate training methods we offer at the facility! While we have little control of this unheard of situation, players can use this time to their advantage, and we are here to help! Check out our remote training options below.
Video Analysis
We have partnered with our friends at A3 Division to provide players who are stuck at home with a way to share their videos with our instructors, and receive a return video analysis that will provide them with feedback and help guide their at home work. Players are encouraged to schedule with their normal instructor, or new players can schedule with any available Rogue instructor as well! Virtual Lesson
Players who are looking for a live lesson in a virtual format can do so with our instructors via FaceTime. Players simply need their equipment, a space to work through warmups and drill work, and a device in which to connect with with our instructors! These will run at similar lengths to normal lessons at the facility, and be treated as half price lessons for those with existing packages or purchasing new packages. To set up a virtual lesson, simply reach out to your desired instructor via text message or phone call, and we can get a time set up!
